All traditional East Indian people know that when one is weakened or sick they should eat only kichari for a speedy recovery.☀️ The reason is simple: the majority of all diseases begins in the stomach with faulty digestion. 🌀In areas of the world were food is scarce, it would be unthinkable to treat diseases caused by inadequate nutrition with raw foods, liquid fasts of vegetable and fruit juice as these would not supply the adequate amount of protein and complex carbohydrates and would only cause more degenerative wasting.
